2026 ANNUAL STOCKHOLDERS’ MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of the stockholders of Vantage Equities, Inc. will be held on Friday, 25 September 2026, at 3:00 p.m. via virtual meeting.

Given the current circumstances and to ensure the safety and welfare of our stockholders, the company shall not conduct a physical meeting. Stockholders of record as of 27 August 2026 may attend/participate via proxy and remote communication, and vote in absentia.
